This is a really good approach to blocking Socitm pop-ups. The problem is even worse on mobile browsers than on the desktop as sometimes the dialog is off the screen and there's no way to dismiss it, making the whole site literally unusable.

Dear Technicalfault,
In addition to your post I was wondering, I turned off my iMessage earlier and turned it on again.
It's already been activated but I still can't send iMessages to one of my friends with an iPhone.
Kindest Regards

For me personally I have found no reason to upgrade. I did an upgrade on my external HD and tried it out but I am very happy with Snow Leopard. There were a couple of applications I would lose under Lion that I really did not care to lose. Perhaps this is the Cats Meow for power users but I am happy as is. I am using a late 08 PowerBook Pro. Just in case a Protego Lion standing by.
